What data we receive
When you send a stay request, your email app sends us your name, email, phone number, dates and message. When you call or message the bar, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. This website does not keep this information itself.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange your stay or reservation, and meet legal obligations (for example tax and accommodation records).
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by Greek law.
Third parties
We do not sell your data. Booking platforms, email, phone and messaging services (such as Gmail, WhatsApp, Viber and Instagram) process data under their own policies.
